Volunteering with KARM

Hello all! Friday 7/7 we’ll be volunteering with the Knoxville Area Rescue Ministries to serve the homeless at their downtown facility. We’ll be handing out snacks/drinks from their concession stand in their courtyard from 9-11, serving lunch from 11-1, and handing out snacks/drinks again from 1-3. Partnering with KARM in this way will allow us to serve the homeless in a safe and controlled environment. We’ll plan on meeting at Laurel at 8:30 in the morning and being back at the building by 3:15.

We can only take a maximum of 7 students, and students must be at least 13 years old. The first 7 students to register will be the ones that get to come help out. Click here to register your student. After you register us, we’ll send you a waiver to fill out with KARM.
