Important Winterfest Info!

I know it’s early! But this is super important!

Winterfest has announced that in 2025 they will be moving to one session, affectively doubling the demand for registration badges and creating a risk that they may sell out of registrations. They’ve also announced that registration will open September 1 at midnight. For this reason any student who wants to be guaranteed a spot at Winterfest 2025 needs to register here by August 31. Winterfest may end up having extra spots available, but anyone who expresses interest in Winterfest after August 31 cannot be guaranteed a spot.

Anyone who registers for Winterfest now but ends up unable to attend may end up having to pay the $45 registration fee if there is no one else able to take their spot.
